Who Is Eligible For a Free Cruise?

All my clients who list and sell their properties (Selling Price over $275,000) between the start of this promotion on 01 April 2008 and 31 October 2008.

All my clients who contract for a 3 month period, with me as their Buyer Representative, and purchase a property (Purchase Price over $275,000) between the start of this promotion on 01 April 2008 and 31 October 2008.

Note: There is no draw required! Everyone who is eligible as above, will be offered a free cruise!!

What does the gift include?

I will be providing a gift certificate for a 4 night/5 day cruise to the Caribbean or Mexico departing from either Florida or Los Angeles. The certificate is for accommodations for two, gourmet meals, shipboard activities and entertainment.

What is not included?

Not included is your airfare to the port of departure (Miami, Port Canaveral or Los Angeles), alcoholic beverages, gambling costs, port charges, federal departure taxes and a $20 registration fee to activate your care package from the reservations department.

When can you sail?

• Basically, you can go every week between September and the end of February
• Xmas week and New Years are busier times so the cruise line recommends that you book ASAP should these be the dates you want.
• As a general rule of thumb, Carnival cruise lines also request that you book at least 90 days in advance to guarantee cabin availability.
• YOU HAVE 2 YEARS TO GO ON YOUR CRUISE FROM THE TIME YOU RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATE FROM ME.

• You must personally sign for your cruise gift certificate in our Royal Lepage office in Northbrook Ontario.
• After you mail in your $20 activation fee to the Cruise Centre you will receive your care package from the Reservations Department. After you receive your package, you will be able to book toll-free with their reservation’s agent.
• Although I have prepaid your stay on board, in the eyes of the ship’s crew, you are a normal customer and shall be treated in exactly the same manner as all other regular customers on board.
• All ship board activities, meals and entertainment are included.
• As it is for all guests on board, alcoholic beverages, duty free shopping and gambling are an extra charge.
• My clients will receive as accommodation, a regular inside stateroom.
• Any upgrades you wish to make beyond the terms of my gift certificate must be negotiated between you and the Cruise Centre.
