  Working from her Northbrook office seven days a week, Chris can be reached in person, by phone or e-mail. Rapid response to clients is a basic service. In the event that Chris is out-of-area, her daughter, Chantel, & her TEAM Richardson colleagues are able to respond on her behalf. Having just been recognized as the top-producing TEAM in the Quinte & District Real Estate Board, Chris is proud to share in their success. It's all about service.

  Marketing: The advertising of current listings in local newspapers, periodicals, the Internet (MLS.CA®) and on our website is, of course, a basic service of realtors. Tracking the responses is an added feature; clients are informed about the actual success of the advertising of their property.

  The Multiple Listing Service (www.mls.ca) has already proven its worth to buyers; 90% of Chris's buyer clients have used it to find cottage properties in the Land o' Lakes...another invaluable service to buyers and sellers. Chris's participation in the spring and fall Cottage and Country Homes shows in Toronto and Ottawa allows her to bring her listings directly to the target audience; attendees at these shows are motivated buyers. If they also attend her Power Point seminar presentations, they are better informed about the expectations associated with buying country property. Bringing the product to the consumer is all about service.

  New since 2006...FREE use of a 6' x 12' enclosed cargo trailer (with ramp & dolly) to all of Chris's buyer and seller clients. Use it to de-clutter or move. Let Chris get you moving!....... Too big for your vehicle? No problem! Ask to borrow the 5' x 8' enclosed cargo trailer or the 4' x 8' open trailer. Our clients are welcome to use any or all of these to assist with their moves for FREE!

  Also since 2006...... After Chris completes your transaction, let her help you relax. She'll may send you on a free Caribbean cruise for TWO.   A final, more personal note... as year-round residents on Kashwakamak Lake, Chris & David remain in touch with local issues of concern to owners of waterfront properties in the Land o' Lakes. As an elected Board member of the Land o' Lakes Tourist Association, Chris is deeply committed to the marketing and branding of the entire region. David's role as Director of Marketing will keep the Winneys involved in the future of the area they have chosen to call home.
