Browns Lake issituated nearby to the locality Vennachar and the Abinger area of the Land O’Lakes. This lake is accessible southeast of Vennachar.The lake offers fair to good fishing for smallmouth and largemouth bass up to1.5 kg (3.5 lbs). Most of the lake is surrounded by Crown land.

The solarsystem includes 2.5 panels providing 225 watts (2 x 6 volt solar batteries insequence) providing in enough power for a small propane fridge & stove andlighting throughout the cottage.
